To schedule an appointment please call us at 352-343-1158. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Failure to give at least a 24 hour cancellation will result in a $50.00 no show/cancellation fee. Please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with our patient care coordinators.
